While the 2025 Banking on Wellness on the ahealthyme platform will remain the same as 2024-outlined below, with some added raffles (for the banks with the highest % participation) associated with the ahealthyme quarterly challenges.

• Available to Subscribers, Spouses and Non-members
• Earn 150 points to automatically redeem a $50 gift card on the platform

Member names can now include hyphens and apostrophes. Hyphens and apostrophes are reflected on members’ medical and/or dental ID cards (physical or digital) and 1099 HC forms for accounts that currently include a hyphen or apostrophe in a member’s name on your electronic enrollment file.

We are excited to announce that the MBA Group Insurance Plan Committee has once again achieved a single-digit renewal increase for the 2024 plan year. This impressive streak, now spanning over 14 years, reflects the collective strength of our Association in securing competitive benefits at favorable rates.
Together, we are truly BETTER BY ASSOCIATION.
For member banks offering medical insurance through BCBSMA, the renewal increase will be 7.9%. The dental increase will be 2.9%.

On July 31, 2024, the Massachusetts Bankers Association completed and filed IRS Form 5500 for banks participating in Association-sponsored coverages, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts medical, dental, and retiree medical plans, as well as AIG business travel accident insurance.
