September Reminders for 2025 Banking on Wellness

Dear Member Banks,

Happy month of September!I hope this email finds you all well and ready for the fall season routines after a beautiful Labor Day holiday weekend.

I just have a couple things to note in ongoing support of the 2025 Banking on Wellness program:

2025 BANKING ON WELLNESS REMINDERS

*ahealthyme Q3 ChallengeGet Moving!– this is the next ahealthyme quarterly challenge that has begun with enrollment that opened on September 1st. This challenge encourages participants to increase their total physical activity minutes each day. Participants will be challenged to complete an average of 30 minutes of physical activity at least 20 days of the challenge to earn points. The final “milestone” is 600 cumulative minutes of physical activity during the challenge.

***Please remember that the Top 10 Banks with the highest percentage of participants to complete the challenge will receive 3 - $50 gift cards to provide to their employees and/or the top challenge performers

The Challenge promotional email sent with materials is attached here to assist with marketing and includes, The Enrollment Email Template: that can be used to send out to support the challenge publicity and help increase enrollment along with the One Pager Flyer: To use to help spread the word and promote the challenge as well.

Please also note these key dates for this challenge:

Enrollment starts: 9/1/2025

Enrollment ends at 11:59pm EST on 9/14/2025

Challenge starts: 9/15/2025

Challenge ends: 10/12/2025

HEART HEALTH INITIATIVE September is focused on Preventive Health.

Please see the attached September communication word document of resources to share with your employees in support of Preventive Health and how taking care of yourself with the appropriate preventive screenings fits into overall health and wellbeing.

  • 2025 Banking on Wellness: attached is the Banking on Wellness ahealthyme one-pager, a promotional piece for you to use at your convenience to help support program promotion
  • Any questions related to Fitness, Weight-loss, and Mind-Body reimbursements and the BlueFit medical plan should be directed and sent to our Service Team, MassBankers@bcbsma.com
  • Any employees who are experiencing issues logging into the wellness.ahealthyme.com site should be directed to Member Service using the “contact us” feature on the login page.
