PEER CONNECTIONS
Join the Human Resources Discussion Group to connect with peers from fellow MBA member banks. Sessions focus on key HR topics such as compliance, employee benefits, recruiting, talent development, and other issues that matter most to your bank.
Meetings are informal and collaborative, creating space for open discussion and practical peer exchange. Members are welcome to attend as often as their schedules allow, and each session is designed to stand on its own while contributing to an ongoing conversation.
Each month, we circulate a brief survey featuring questions and topics submitted by members. If you have a question, topic, or speaker suggestion for group, feel free to send it my way at any time. I would be happy to include it in an upcoming survey. Click here to email me.
Survey results are shared monthly via email and posted on our website for easy access.
We're starting to plan the next monthly survey for the Human Resources Discussion Group, and we'd love your input. These surveys are most valuable when they reflect what's actually on your mind, so this is your chance to steer the conversation.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this month's survey. The responses you share are what make this group a valuable resource, and we appreciate you taking the time to weigh in on what's happening at your banks.
The May survey results are now available, with insights on bonus practices, scheduling for exempt retail staff, vendor experiences, and summer holiday planning.
The April survey results are now available and cover a range of topics including officer designation practices, leave plan structures, credit analyst compensation benchmarks, July 4th holiday planning, and more.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the March survey. The results are now available to review here.
Thanks again to everyone who was able to join and contribute to this month’s meeting. Attached you'll find the presentation materials, survey results and summary, along with additional items that were requested to be shared with the group.
