Donna is the President of iVoice Communication, Inc. and an executive communication coach, workforce trainer, and speaker with more than 30 years in communications, spanning media, coaching, and the classroom. She is a certified mindfulness teacher and qualified change facilitator who has studied with Dr. Daniel Goleman (Emotional Intelligence) and Dr. Judson Brewer (Brown University), and she is the author of Know and Own Your Worth, To Be a Leader and creator of The Six Pillars of Mindful Communication.
She supports leaders in identifying and breaking old communication habits and building the skills today's workforce demands, elevating performance, strengthening relationships, and building trust. Her partnerships include the Massachusetts Bankers Association, the University of Rhode Island, and Kripalu, and she has trained MBA members since 2022.
