What is OnCourse Learning?

OnCourse Learning is an eLearning provider. Mass Bankers has partnered with OnCourse Learning to provide a comprehensive catalog of engaging and in-depth webinars on topics ranging from compliance, risk management, and professional development.

How do I register for an OnCourse Learning webinar?

Each OnCourse Learning webinar has its own unique registration link. A catalog of our upcoming Oncourse Learning webinars with registration links can be found on our OnCourse Learning Webinars page. You can also register directly through the OnCourse Learning official partnership website.

I have questions about an OnCourse Learning webinar that I registered for. Who should I contact?

My MBA FAQs

How do I create a My MBA Account?

Signing up for a My MBA account is easy! On the Create Account page, enter your email and a password for the account plus your contact information. Then click Create Account and you're done! You will receive an email from Mass Bankers confirming the new account.

For Mass Bankers Association members, your company information and email address will be validated through the organization search function field to ensure your account receives all member benefits. Please be sure to follow the steps for this field.

For nonmembers or members of other state banking associations, please note that your organization may not be on file. Please disregard any error messages with the organization validation search function and enter your organization’s contact information in the address fields

I'm not a member. Can I still create a My MBA account?

Yes! A My MBA account is required for registering for events and purchasing products. We do not offer a guest checkout option. Nonmembers will be required to create an account prior to registration and purchase.

I forgot my Username. How can I find it?

Your username is the email address you registered your account with.

If you have forgotten the email used to register the account or you need additional assistance, please contact us at 617.523.7595 or support@massbankers.org and a member of our staff will assist you.

I forgot my Password. How can I reset it?

Passwords are reset through the Forgot Password Form. A temporary passcode will be sent to the email address on file. Upon entering the temporary passcode, you will be prompted to change your password.

I changed Financial Institutions/Companies. How can I update my Contact information?

If you are still able to login to your My MBA account, please login and from the navigation bar select Profile. Within the Profile menu you will be able to update your Organization and other relevant information.

I have an outstanding invoice. How do I pay it?

Invoices may be paid by credit card or ACH through your My MBA account. Once logged in, from the navigation bar select Invoices/Receipts to view your invoices. After selecting the invoice you wish to pay, click Pay Now at the bottom.

You may also pay by check. Checks should be made payable to Massachusetts Bankers Association, Inc. and reflect your invoice number in the memo section. Please mail checks to: Massachusetts Bankers Association, Inc., Attn: Accounts Receivables, 200 State Street, Suite 701, Boston, MA, 02109

How do I update my communication preferences?

You can opt-in or opt-out of our digital publications, marketing notifications, and alerts through your My MBA account. After logging in, from the navigation bar select Profile>Communication Preferences to view our list of communication offerings.

MBA Store FAQs

How do I purchase a product?

Our product catalog can be accessed through our MBA Store page. To purchase a product, click Add To Cart on the individual product page and then continue through the checkout process. You will be prompted to login to your My MBA account.

I have a discount code. How do I apply it?

Discount codes are applied during the checkout process. After adding the product to cart, on the Shopping Cart page enter the code in the discount code field. Then click Apply. Only one discount code is allowed per order. Please refer to the discount promotion for any additional terms and conditions.

I'm having trouble purchasing a product. Who should I contact?

Sponsorship FAQs

I'm interested in sponsoring a Mass Bankers event. How do I get started?

From speaking opportunities to trade show booths, Mass Bankers offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities for its members. Sponsor options for individual events will be listed on the event's page which can be found in our Upcoming Events calendar. Event pages can also be found within your My MBA account. Once logged in, simply navigate to the Events menu to search for upcoming events.

How do I purchase a sponsorship?

For an event sponsorship, each Mass Banker's event has its own unique sponsorship registration link which can be found on the event's page in our Upcoming Events calendar. You can also register for a sponsorship within your My MBA account. Once logged in, simply navigate to the Events menu to search for upcoming events.

How do I register for an event?

Each Mass Bankers event has its own unique registration link which can be found on the event’s page in our Upcoming Events calendar. After clicking the Register link, select the I’m Registering Someone Else option. You can also register for an event within your My MBA account. From the navigation bar select Events for the menu to search for upcoming events.

Do you accept substitutions for registrations to events?

Yes! To substitute a registration, please contact our Registrar at 617.502.3821 or registrations@massbankers.org.

What is your cancellation policy?

For Mass Bankers In-Person Events: A $100 per person cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. However, registration fees are forfeited when cancellations occur within three business days before the event. Substitutions are permitted. No show registration will not be refunded however, the materials will be sent upon request.

For Mass Bankers Webinars: A $75 per person cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. However, registration fees are forfeited when cancellations occur within three business days before the event. Substitutions are permitted. Do you offer any group rates or other discounts for registrations?
