2025 BANKING ON WELLNESS              

  • Ready, Set, Go! : This program has wrapped up as of April, 30th and a total of 43 banks participated and sent their letters out this year, compared to 41 last year which is amazing! Thank you to all for participating and supporting the Banking on Wellness program!

  • ahealthyme Q2 Challenge – Go the Distance is in progress with 51 banks participating - promotional materials sent on 3/14 and also attached here if still needed as well. *Please remember that the Top 10 Banks with the highest percentage of participants to complete the challenge will receive 3 - $50 gift cards to provide to their employees and/or the top challenge performers.

Key Dates to keep in mind for this challenge:

Enrollment starts: 4/7/2025

Challenge starts: 4/21/2025

Challenge ends: 5/18/2025

The 2025 Spring Health Education Series has been scheduled! Reminder communications with promotional materials will be sent in the coming weeks, but please mark your calendars for the below topics, dates, and times in June.

  • Balance and Boundaries - Wednesday, June 4th at 12pm
  • Mindfulness in Everyday LifeTuesday, June 10th at 12pm
  • Habit Management for a Healthy You!Wednesday, June 18th at 12pm
  • Manage Your Stress for Optimal LivingWednesday, June 25th at 12pm

HEART HEALTH INITIATIVE

May is Mental Health and Women’s Health Month. Please see the attached May communication word document for resources to share with employees in support of Mental Health in overall health/wellbeing and the importance of Women’s Health as well.
