Kick Off the Q3 “Get Moving” Challenge – Enrollment Opens September 1

Challenge Overview

This challenge encourages employees to increase their total physical activity minutes each day. Employees will be challenged to complete an average of 30 minutes of physical activity at least 20 days of the challenge to earn points. The final “milestone” is 600 cumulative minutes of physical activity during the challenge.

Key Dates
Please make sure to note these important dates:

    • September 1, 2025: Enrollment begins – time to get the word out!
    • September 14, 2025: Enrollment ends at 11:59pm EST
    • September 15, 2025: Challenge kicks off!
    • October 12, 2025: Challenge ends.
