PEER CONNECTIONS
Join the Human Resources Discussion Group to connect with peers from fellow MBA member banks. Sessions focus on key HR topics such as compliance, employee benefits, recruiting, talent development, and other issues that matter most to your bank.
Meetings are informal and collaborative, creating space for open discussion and practical peer exchange. Members are welcome to attend as often as their schedules allow, and each session is designed to stand on its own while contributing to an ongoing conversation.
Each month, we circulate a brief survey featuring questions and topics submitted by members. If you have a question, topic, or speaker suggestion for group, feel free to send it my way at any time. I would be happy to include it in an upcoming survey. Click here to email me.
Survey results are shared monthly via email and posted on our website for easy access.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this month's survey. The responses you share are what make this group a valuable resource, and we appreciate you taking the time to weigh in on what's happening at your banks.
The July survey results are now available.
The regular discussion group meeting scheduled for August 20 has been canceled.
In its place, and in direct response to the feedback you shared in recent surveys, we are hosting a virtual program on that same date focused on artificial intelligence and the future of work.
This virtual session explores how artificial intelligence is transforming the workplace and reshaping the future of work. The interactive program offers practical insights for HR leaders and business professionals who are beginning to explore, experiment with, and integrate AI into everyday workflows.
You will see real-world AI use cases built to help you improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and elevate the employee experience.
