PEER CONNECTIONS
Join the Human Resources Discussion Group to connect with peers from fellow MBA member banks. Sessions focus on key HR topics such as compliance, employee benefits, recruiting, talent development, and other issues that matter most to your bank.
Meetings are informal and collaborative, creating space for open discussion and practical peer exchange. Members are welcome to attend as often as their schedules allow, and each session is designed to stand on its own while contributing to an ongoing conversation.
Each month, we circulate a brief survey featuring questions and topics submitted by members. If you have a question, topic, or speaker suggestion for group, feel free to send it my way at any time. I would be happy to include it in an upcoming survey. Click here to email me.
Survey results are shared monthly via email and posted on our website for easy access.
I'm starting to plan our next monthly survey and would love your input. If there are any topics, questions, or trends you think we should cover, please send them my way by the end of the week. Your ideas help make these surveys more valuable for everyone.
The regular discussion group meeting scheduled for August 20 has been canceled. Make sure to remove it from your calendar, as it will not update automatically.
In its place, and in direct response to the feedback you shared in recent surveys, we are hosting a virtual program on that same date focused on artificial intelligence and the future of work.
