PEER CONNECTIONS
Join the Human Resources Discussion Group to connect with peers from fellow MBA member banks. Sessions focus on key HR topics such as compliance, employee benefits, recruiting, talent development, and other issues that matter most to your bank.
Meetings are informal and collaborative, creating space for open discussion and practical peer exchange. Members are welcome to attend as often as their schedules allow, and each session is designed to stand on its own while contributing to an ongoing conversation.
Each month, we circulate a brief survey featuring questions and topics submitted by members. If you have a question, topic, or speaker suggestion for group, feel free to send it my way at any time. I would be happy to include it in an upcoming survey. Click here to email me.

We're pleased to welcome Maura McLaughlin to our meeting. A Partner at Morgan, Brown & Joy, Maura counsels employers on the full range of employment matters, including hiring and terminations, reasonable accommodations, leave administration under PFML and FMLA, wage and hour compliance, and pay equity under the Massachusetts Equal Pay Act.
We're also pleased to welcome back Heather Baptiste from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Heather will share an update on the Banking on Wellness program and walk us through other related initiatives designed to support employee health and engagement at member banks.
