Dear Member Banks,

Happy New Year 2026!

I hope this email finds you all well, recharged from a wonderful holiday season and ready for a new year of Banking on Wellness!

To help support and kick off this new program year, I want to make sure to send along the below – the Banking on Wellness updates and things to note for 2026.

For the most part the program will remain the same as 2025 - outlined below, however, please note that for 2026 the individual incentive for reaching the 150-point goal on ahealthyme has increased from $50 to $75!

We will also continue with the quarterly raffles (for the banks with the highest % participation) associated with the ahealthyme challenges to provide more opportunities for banks to earn additional incentives!

• Program runs January 1 to December 31, 2026

• Available to Subscribers, Spouses and Non-members

Earn 150 points to automatically redeem a $75 gift card on the ahealthyme platform

• Over 20 different ways to earn points

• Participate on your desktop, mobile phone, or via the app!

*Attached you will find the following to assist with your program promotion and communications.

Employee-facing materials

  1. Employee Facing Registration Fact Sheet: Use to help promote registration on the platform
  2. Banking on Wellness, 2026 Ways to Earn Points: Send this in addition to the Employee Fact Sheet as it provides a detailed list on ways, participants can earn points throughout the year
  3. Banking on Wellness ahealthyme one-pager: An additional promotional piece for you to use at your convenience to support program promotion
  4. 2026 Challenge Calendar: Feel free to use this to promote the quarterly challenges to employees. Additional materials for each challenge will be shared throughout the year prior to each challenge launching.

Bank-facing material

  1. Q1 ahealthyme Challenge - first campaign of the year – Fruit & Veggie! Launching with enrollment beginning next week on 1/12/2026. Materials were shared by Jasmine on 12/22/25 and also attached here as well as needed for your promotions and communications.
  2. Non-member Blank Template: If you would like to include Non-plan members in the 2026 program, please let our Health Engagement Coordinator  @Jones, Jasmine (also copied here) know and she will assist and get you set up as needed. You can see the sample file template attached here as well.
  3. Ready, Set, Go! Program CEO Letter: We would love to further increase the number of banks participating in this program in 2026.  And in the past, banks who participated in Ready Set Go! and sent regular leadership communications, including a kickoff letter encouraging employees to engage in the Banking on Wellness program had higher participation.
    • As a reminder, please send a copy of the CEO/Leadership letter that is sent out to your employees to us by 4/30/2026 to qualify for the Ready, Set, Go program (RSG).
    • There is a sample template letter (please feel free to edit and tailor as needed for use at your bank) attached. Once we receive a copy of the communication your bank sent out, it will take approximately 7-10 business days to receive your gift cards.
