Open Enrollment Decisions for 2026
We're asking each bank to submit a completed and signed Plan Selection Form to confirm renewal decisions again this year.
The form must be returned even if no plan changes are being made.
Please also take this opportunity to review and update your bank's contact information. We use this information to ensure our records remain accurate and up to date.
We are asking all banks to notify us of their open enrollment decisions by Friday, October 24th.
Please communicate with us if you do not think you will meet this deadline.

ID Cards
ID cards will be issued on a maintenance-only basis this year. New ID cards will be sent only to new enrollees or members making plan changes.
Due to updates to the Blue Fit plan deductibles, all members enrolled in a Blue Fit plan will receive new ID cards.
January 2026 Invoices
January 2026 invoices will be generated on December 17, 2025. To ensure accuracy, submit all enrollment updates by December 12 at midnight.
Any changes made after this date will appear on the February 2026 invoice with a retroactive adjustment applied to January.
If you are working with the Electronic Enrollment Team, submission dates may vary, but BCBS cannot delay invoice generation.
Maintenance Medication Reminder
Members can save on prescription costs by switching to a 90-day supply and filling maintenance medications through the CVS Mail Service Pharmacy. Members may fill their maintenance medications twice at retail before being transitioned to mail order.
Members must opt out each calendar year. If they don’t, they’ll be responsible for full retail cost.
To opt out, call CVS Customer Care at 1-877-817-0477 (TTY: 711).
