I hope this email finds you all well and enjoying the warm spring weather that is finally here!

I just want to send along the attached documents – the promotional flyers with embedded registration links to help you promote the virtual Spring Health Education series that begins in two weeks and is part of the Mass Bankers Association 2026 Banking on Wellness program.

I have included the topics that will help to support your overall heath/wellbeing, along with dates and times of each session scheduled below.

• Prevention: The Key to Good Health – Wednesday, June 3^rd 12pm – 1pm
• Extinguishing Burnout – Wednesday, June 10^{th ,} 12pm-1pm
• Digital Detox – Wednesday, June 17^th 12pm – 1pm
• Gut Health: What You Need to Know – June 24^th 12pm -1pm

Registration is open and you can feel free to promote these session events at any time. Participants will receive email confirmations upon registration with all login information as well as reminder emails.

Please note that following the live session, I will be sending the link to the recording that will be available for up to 30 days post session date for those who missed the live session.
