Dear Member Banks,

Happy February and Happy Heart Month! 

It’s hard to believe, but we are already officially one month into the New Year and the 2025 Banking on Wellness program. Time is flying by!

Here are just a few reminders and things to note.

2025 BANKING ON WELLNESS

  • 2025 Program – please find the kickoff email with the program promotional materials attached here.
  • Ready, Set, Go!: Leadership support and effective communication are key elements to a successful wellness program, and we are looking to increase the number of banks participating in this program in 2025!
    • Please send your CEO/Leadership letter to us by 4/30/2025 to qualify for the Ready, Set, Go! program
    • There is a template letter (please feel free to edit/tailor for your bank) attached. Once we receive a copy of the communication your CEO sent out, it will take approximately 10 business days to receive your gift cards. Several banks have already sent their letters, and their gift cards are on their way!

AHEALTHYME Q1 STEP IT UP CHALLENGE

  • This first challenge of the year is underway with 49 banks participating which is amazing!
  • Please note that this challenge will end February 23, 2025, and the Top 10 Banks with the highest percentage of participants reaching the final milestone to complete the challenge will receive 3 - $50 gift cards to provide to their employees and/or the top challenge performers.

*If you have participants who missed the 2-week enrollment window, please direct them to the banking on wellness inbox for support and to be added to the challenge.

HEART HEALTH INITIATIVE

February is focused on Heart Health.

Please see the attached February communication word document of resources to share with your employees in support of this topic with tips on the importance of Heart Health.

ADDITIONAL RESOURCE REMINDERS

  • Any questions related to Fitness, Weight-loss, and Mind-Body reimbursements and the BlueFit medical plan should be directed and sent to our Service Team, MassBankers@bcbsma.com
  • Any employees who are experiencing issues logging into the wellness.ahealthyme.com site should be directed to Member Service using the “contact us” feature on the ahealthyme login page
  • If you need support with Nonmembers, SFTP password resets, etc. or other unresolved ahealthyme access issues please reach out to the Banking on wellness inbox bankingonwellness@bcbsma.com
