More than just annual wellness visits, your Firefly care team delivers ongoing support.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is partnering with Firefly Health, an independent healthcare company, to offer you virtual primary care services. From medical issues and emotional well-being to healthy habits, Firefly is here for all of it.

Mental and emotional health are just as important as physical health. Your care team can also help with anxiety, stress, depression, and more.

Please note: Firefly Health is a primary care provider (PCP) available to adults 18 and older. Signing up for Firefly means you are selecting them as your new PCP. New members must complete the signup process and an initial video visit before all services are available.

Your health happens between doctor visits, not at them. When you sign up, you choose your own fully licensed care team. Here's who's in your corner:

• Primary Care Doctor — Coordinates and personalizes your care to meet your specific needs.
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) — First to hop on a video call or answer your chats, so you'll feel known and supported no matter what comes up.
• Health Guide — Practical tips and positive support for healthier eating, lowering stress, and reaching your long-term health goals.
• Nurse (RN) — Available on-call to answer questions or help with urgent concerns after hours or when your team is unavailable.

What Firefly Can Treat Virtually

Firefly can handle most primary care needs virtually, including:

• Chronic conditions — asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure
• Acute concerns — back pain, stomach flu, headaches, sinus infections
• Health coaching — weight management, quitting smoking, sleeping better
• Women's health — birth control counseling, menstrual cycle concerns

How to Get Started

1. Sign up online and get the app. Start signup on the web, then finish in the Firefly Health app.
2. Select your care team. Browse available teams and find the one that is right for you.
3. Book your first video visit. Get your first appointment on the calendar!

HMO Plan Members: You must also update your PCP selection through BCBSMA. Log in to your MyBlue account and select Change PCP, or call (800) 262-2583 and reference Firefly Medical Group, provider ID 700M21617.
