February reminders 2026 Banking on Wellness!

Dear Member Banks,

Happy February and Happy Heart Month!   

I hope this email finds you all well and staying warm in this extremely cold winter weather! 

Here are a few reminders and things to note in support of the Banking on Wellness program. 

2026 BANKING ON WELLNESS

  • 2026 Program – please find the kickoff email sent last month with the program promotional materials attached here.
  • Ready, Set, Go!: Leadership support and effective communication are key elements to a successful wellness program, and as always, we are looking to increase the number of banks participating in this program in 2026!
    • Please send your CEO/Leadership letter to us by 4/30/2026 to qualify for the Ready, Set, Go! program
    • There is a template letter (please feel free to edit/tailor for your bank) attached. Once we receive a copy of the communication your CEO/Leader sent out, it will take approximately 10 business days to receive your gift cards. Several banks have already sent their letters, and their gift cards are on their way! 

Q1 ahealthyme challenge - Fruit & Veggie

  • This first challenge of the year is underway with 431 participants and 40 banks participating which is awesome! Everyone is busy starting the year off right and logging all their Fruits & Veggies😊
  • Please note that this challenge will end February 25, 2026, and the Top 10 Banks with the highest percentage of participants reaching the final milestone to complete the challenge will receive 3 - $50 gift cards to provide to their employees and/or the top challenge performers. 

HEART HEALTH INITIATIVE

February is focused on celebrating Heart Health.

Please see the attached February communication word document of resources to use and share with your employees in support of this important topic and how it fits into overall health and wellbeing. 

ADDITIONAL RESOURCE REMINDERS TO NOTE

  • Any questions related to Fitness, Weight-loss, and Mind-Body reimbursements and the BlueFit medical plan should be directed and sent to our Service Team, MassBankers@bcbsma.com
  • Any employees who are experiencing issues logging into the wellness.ahealthyme.com site should be directed to Member Service using the “contact us” feature on the ahealthyme login page
  • If you need support with Nonmembers, SFTP password resets, etc. or other unresolved ahealthyme access issues please reach out to the Banking on wellness inbox bankingonwellness@bcbsma.com
