I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are already counting down to the Christmas holiday
Here are a few resource reminders and things to note in this last month of the year in support of the 2025 Banking on Wellness program.
2025 BANKING ON WELLNESS REMINDERS
*ahealthyme Q4 Challenge – Maintain Don’t Gain – this challenge is in progress with a total of 45 Banks participating which is amazing! Please note that this last challenge of the year will be ending soon on 12/14/25.
*Promotional Push! - Announcement forthcoming - similar to last year, we will be awarding gift cards to the top 25 banks that achieved the highest percentage of participants who reached 150 points on ahealthyme by November 30, 2025. Top 25 winner’s announcement coming soon!
It’s not too late to continue to boost engagement to help reach the ABI% goal! Even if employees are just getting started on the platform, there is still time for them to earn 150 points and receive their $50 Gift Card for 2025. Please see the attached email flyer created to assist and support promotions before program end on 12/31/25.
2026 BANKING ON WELLNESS PROGRAM UPDATE (beginning 1/1)
* The 2026 individual participant incentive for reaching the 150-point goal on ahealthyme will be increasing from $50 to $75 The program otherwise will remain the same for 2026 with plenty of opportunities for all banks to earn even more incentives to help support their wellness programs with the quarterly raffles (for the banks with the highest participation) associated with the ahealthyme.
*Please also note that we are in the process of updating the 2026 program communication materials that includes the first campaign of the year - Q1 ahealthyme challenge Fruit & Veggie that will launch with enrollment beginning on 1/12/2026. Materials are on the way, along with the full challenge calendar so please stay tuned - we will be sending them out within the next week or so for your promotions and communications.
HEART HEALTH INITIATIVE
December is focused on Self Care.
Please see the attached December communication word document of resources to share with your employees in support of this important topic with tips on the importance of Self Care and how it fits into overall health and wellbeing.
