Banking on Wellness Program: Q2 ahealthyme Challenge 2026 - Important Info Inside!

Good morning, Member Banks,

With spring upon us, it’s the perfect time to refresh wellness goals! We’re excited to launch the Quarter 2 ahealthyme “Go the Distance” challenge, designed to help you feel your best as we head into the new season.

Below you’ll find all the important details to help prepare and engage your employees in the challenge.


Challenge Overview

  • The goal of this team-based challenge is to increase the distance employees walk each day. Employees will be challenged to log an average of

7,000 steps for each day of the 30-day challenge to earn points. The final milestone is to accrue 210,000 steps in 30 days.

  • The Top 10 Banks with the highest percentage of participants reaching the final milestone to complete the challenge will receive 3 - $50 gift cards to provide to their employees and/or the top challenge performers.

Key Dates
Please make sure to note these important dates:

    • March 30, 2026: Enrollment begins – time to get the word out!
    • April 13, 2026: Enrollment ends at 11:59pm EST
    • April 14, 2026: Challenge kicks off!
    • May 13, 2026: Challenge ends.

I’ve provided several tools to help you plan, promote the challenge, and drive engagement. Attached you’ll find:

  • Enrollment Email Template: Use this to encourage sign-ups and promote the challenge.
  • Challenge Flyer: Perfect for building excitement and awareness.
  • Challenge Calendar: Reminder of important dates for the challenge and the complete list of the remaining ahealthyme quarterly challenges in 2026 so you can mark your calendars and plan for the year.
  • Here’s a Suggested Communication Plan:
    March 9th March 27th: Send the flyer/launch email to announce the challenge and encourage employees to sign up.  
    March 30th: Send a reminder email to kick off the challenge and keep motivation high.

Important Info to Note

  • If you’re including non-members, be sure to upload their information by March 24, 2026, so they can register on time.
