October Reminders for 2025 Banking on Wellness

2025 BANKING ON WELLNESS

*ahealthyme Q3 ChallengeGet Moving! - this team challenge began on 9/1 and will be wrapping up very soon - ending on 10/12. A total of 46 Banks are actively participating which is fantastic!

*Please remember that the Top 10 Banks with the highest percentage of participants to complete the challenge will receive 3 - $50 gift cards to use and provide to their employees or the top challenge performers.

*The next and final challenge of 2025 will be kicking off soon! the ahealthyme Q4 Challenge – Maintain Don’t Gain - This is an individual challenge. The goal of the Maintain, Don’t Gain challenge is to maintain weight through staying mindful of healthy habits throughout the holidays. Employees will be encouraged to weigh themselves at the beginning, midpoint, and end of the challenge. To earn points, employees will have an opportunity to answer and log different question 16 times throughout the challenge.

Enrollment starts: 11/3/2025

Challenge starts: 11/17/2025

Challenge ends: 12/14/2025

*Be on the lookout for the challenge promotional materials to assist with communications – they are in process and will be sent along in the coming weeks.

HEART HEALTH INITIATIVE

October is focused on Musculoskeletal Health and Breast Cancer Awareness.

Please see the attached October communication word document of resources to share with your employees in support of these important topics and highlight how keeping your Musculoskeletal Health in check and being aware of Breast Cancer risk factors fits into overall health and wellbeing.
