2025 Banking on Wellness Reminders
Annual Bank Incentive
To receive this incentive, banks must achieve at least 35% of their BCBSMA medical subscribers who have completed the Health Assessment or Well-Visit and have earned 150 points on the ahealthyme site by December 31, 2025.
Promotional Push!
To help meet the ABI goal before the program ends on 12/31/25, similar to last year, we will be awarding gift cards to the top 25 banks that achieve the highest percentage of participants reaching 150 points on ahealthyme by November 30, 2025. These gift cards can be used for employee raffles, promoting engagement and participation in the program.
The amount of the gift cards awarded will be based on the number of subscribers, as follows:
- 1–49 subscribers: $300 ($25 increments for 12 total gift cards)
- 50–99 subscribers: $400 ($25 increments for 16 total gift cards)
- 100–149 subscribers: $500 ($25 increments for 20 total gift cards)
- 150+ subscribers: $600 ($25 increments for 24 total gift cards)
Please see the attached flyer – It’s not too late! The flyer was created to assist and support promotion, along with a home postcard mailer that was sent out this week to participating bank employees to help encourage engagement.
ahealthyme Q4 Challenge – Maintain Don’t Gain
Enrollment opened yesterday! This is an individual challenge. The goal is to maintain weight by staying mindful of healthy habits throughout the holidays. Employees will be encouraged to weigh themselves at the beginning, midpoint, and end of the challenge. To earn points, employees will have an opportunity to answer a different question 16 times throughout the challenge.
The Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge promotional materials to assist with promotion were sent by Jasmine on 10/23 and are also attached here.
Please note the key dates to keep in mind for this Q4 challenge:
- November 3, 2025: Enrollment begins – time to get the word out!
- November 16, 2025: Enrollment ends at 11:59 p.m. EST
- November 17, 2025: Challenge kicks off!
- December 14, 2025: Challenge ends.
