MEDICAL LOSS RATIO REBATES

Blue Cross Blue Shield will be distributing Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) rebates to affected small group and connector employers. Rebates will be processed starting September 2, 2025. In addition to this email, you’ll be notified by mail beginning August 21, 2025.

Affected employee subscribers will also be notified by mail, beginning September 5, 2025.

To ensure rebates are sent to the correct location, check the address listed in the MLR letter we mailed you. If you need help changing your billing address, contact account service.
