The May HR Discussion Group survey is now open, with questions submitted by your peers across our member banks. The more responses we receive, the more useful the results are for everyone.

The April survey results are now available and cover a range of topics including officer designation practices, leave plan structures, credit analyst compensation benchmarks, July 4th holiday planning, and more.
