Banking on Wellness promotional campaign: Celebrating the Top 25 Banks
As part of the Banking on Wellness update meeting held back in October (presentation attached as a reference) that included the announcement of a campaign with a customized home mailer and flyer to help support program promotion, we are excited to announce the Top 25 banks – listed below – who have achieved the highest percentage of participants to reach 150 points (by 11/15) as part of this campaign.

We will be awarding gift cards to these top 25 banks for achieving this campaign milestone!
We hope these gift cards can be used to support employee raffles and to further help increase engagement and continued participation in the wellness program.
The amount of the gift cards ordered and sent will be based on the number of bank subscribers – as outlined below. Gift cards should arrive within 7-10 business days.
- 1-49 subscribers: $300 ($25 increments for 12 total gift cards)
- 50-99 subscribers: $400 ($25 increments for 16 total gift cards)
- 100-149 subscribers: $500 ($25 increments for 20 total gift cards)
- 150+ subscribers: $600 ($25 increments for 24 total gift cards)
*Please keep in mind that there is still time and it’s not too late to increase participation – the program runs until 12/31/24. I have attached the flyer created that can be used to assist with promotions.
Even if employees are just getting started on the platform, there is still time for them to earn 150 points and receive their $50 Gift Card for 2024. Below is an example of activities that can be completed and how it can easily be done.
