BANKING ON WELLNESS

A Turnkey Wellness Program

We offer a turnkey wellness program that combines custom communications, built-in incentives for both banks and members, and a dedicated Health Engagement Strategist assigned to each participating bank. The program is designed to address common, modifiable health risks—such as prediabetes and unhealthy body mass index (BMI)—while minimizing administrative burden for employers.

A holistic approach

Through an integrated view of employee health, we’re able to support overall well-being—not just isolated conditions—helping members make sustainable improvements across physical, mental, and preventive care.

Financial support

  • Reimbursement for on-site well-being programs
  • Subsidies for biometric and prediabetes screenings
  • Cash rewards for members who meet participation goals
