The program begins with a deep assessment of your current communication style, challenges, and leadership goals. From there, coaching focuses on what it means to communicate as a leader today and well into the future. You will build executive presence, increase influence, and strengthen confident, authentic communication supported by tools, practice, and ongoing feedback. This coaching program is designed as a progression - each session builds upon the last, deepening understanding and sharpening your skills for lasting impact.

Achieve 90-Minute Session + Seven 50-minute Coaching Sessions Accelerated growth with consistent coaching and hands-on support The Achieve package offers a deeper assessment and sustained coaching support over eight sessions. Clients receive a 90-minute jump-start session followed by seven 50-minute sessions, along with consistent email check-ins and direct access to their coach. This package emphasizes real-world application, accountability, and momentum as leaders practice and integrate new communication behaviors. Best for: Leaders ready to make noticeable improvements in influence, confidence, and executive presence over a defined period of time. |

About the Coach
Donna Rustigian Mac is an executive communication coach/educator and President of iVoice Communication. She supports leaders in transforming how they communicate to elevate performance, strengthen relationships, and move business forward faster. Her approach supports you in accelerating alignment, reducing friction, and creating space for more meaningful, results-driven conversations, presentations and meetings. Donna works with leaders to manage nerves, build credibility, and speak with the clarity and confidence today’s workplace demands.
