Program Overview
The Retail Banking Leadership Series, designed in conjunction with Performance Solutions Inc., returns for the 20th annual, four-part workshop. In this interactive workshop, participants will study common success elements for managing and leading branch sales and service teams. After attending all sessions and completing all post-session assignments, participants will receive their Retail Banking Leadership certification.

Who Should Attend?
Current and future Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, and Head Tellers.
Suggested Prerequisites
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail banking leadership, or
- 3 years of banking experience, or
- Successful completion of Universal Banker Certification course.

The course ID for the 20th Annual Retail Banking Leadership Series is C-8124. Banks with 50 or fewer employees can be reimbursed 100 percent for the program's cost.
