Program Overview
The Retail Banking Leadership Series, designed in conjunction with Performance Solutions Inc., returns for the 21st annual workshop. In this four-part, interactive workshop, participants will study common success elements for managing and leading branch sales and service teams. After attending all sessions and completing all post-session assignments, participants will receive their Retail Banking Leadership certification.

Who Should Attend?
All Retail Banking Managers at all levels of experience, as well as any banker not currently in a leadership position but who aspires to future management roles. Candidates for this training include Branch Managers, Customer Service Managers, Sales and Service Managers, Retail/Branch Operations Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, Head Tellers/Universal Bankers, Human Resource Managers, as well as Senior Retail Managers who are seeking new frameworks and tools for developing their teams.
Suggested Prerequisites
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail banking leadership, or
- 3 years of banking experience, or
- Successful completion of Universal Banker Certification course.
Express Grant
The course ID for the 21st Annual Retail Banking Leadership Series is C-8124. Banks with 50 or fewer employees can be reimbursed 100 percent for the program's cost.
