Program Overview
The Massachusetts Bankers Association is excited to co-sponsor the Kentucky Banker Association’s Fraud Academy this year. This two-and-a-half-day HYBRID workshop is carefully designed for the financial industry, equipping you with the tools to save money, and protect your bank from fraud.
The annual Fraud Academy is a “first of its kind” school designed to equip bankers at all levels with the tools to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud. Led by experts from the U.S. Secret Service, law enforcement, and fraud prevention specialist, this intensive, banker centric program covers 18+ fraud risk areas, including check fraud, elder fraud, cybercrime, and prevention strategies.
Each year, the Fraud Academy features:
- Expert-Driven Curriculum and Agenda,
- State-of-the-Art Methodologies and Best Practices,
- Continuing Education Relevant Sessions on Emerging Issues, such as Bitcoin & Cybercrime Threats.
