Program Overview

Leadership today demands the ability to influence upward with clarity, confidence, and strategic intent. In this interactive two-part virtual workshop, participants learn how to strengthen leadership presence while effectively managing up—navigating power dynamics, building executive trust, and communicating in ways that resonate with senior leaders.

Designed for professionals preparing for greater responsibility, this workshop equips participants with the mindset and communication skillset needed to communicate with credibility and confidence. Participants leave better positioned to be heard, taken seriously, and viewed as ready for the next level.

We recommend that each participant arrive to this training with brief input from their direct manager, a trusted colleague, or both. This feedback should address the following question: What are my strongest leadership communication strengths, and which areas would you most like to see me develop?

Who Should Attend?

Your Facilitator

Donna Rustigian Mac has spent more than 30 years helping people discover and strengthen their voice. The first half of her career was built in media, where she learned how to communicate with presence, clarity, and authenticity under pressure. The second half has been devoted to coaching leaders—teaching them how to manage nerves, break unproductive habits, and communicate with the confidence today’s workplace demands. Donna has been training members of the Mass Bankers Association since 2022.

Express Grant

The course ID for Leadership Presence and Influencing Upward is C-14686. Banks with 100 or fewer employees can be reimbursed 100% for the program's cost, up to $3,000 per person, per course.
