Program Overview

BSA is one of the few regulations where compliance is so critical it is classified as a “safety and soundness” issue. Is your BSA team prepared?

This 2-day VIRUTAL workshop, delivered by Kristen Harville of Performance Solutions Inc., provides a comprehensive review of BSA regulatory framework, OFAC, and core recordkeeping and reporting requirements for both new BSA staff and veterans. Participants will be provided current and updated tools, techniques, and “real world” examples to enhance their understanding of the critical components of a BSA/AML program.
