Program Overview

Mass Bankers presents the 2025 Women and Allies in Banking Conference.

The 13th Annual Women and Allies in Banking Conference offers participants the opportunity to learn from accomplished banking leaders and industry experts while networking with peers. Attendees will explore industry trends, gain valuable personal development tools, and expand their professional skill sets.

Through engaging breakout networking sessions, keynote presentations, and panel discussions, participants will discover strategies to become stronger allies, support employee growth, and foster inclusivity within their organizations.

Space is limited. Registrations will not be available after the room capacity has been reached.

She served as the Interim Chief Operating Officer of a healthcare system based in Maryland. Despite all of her accomplishments, April remains grounded and passionate about stress-free living. McGraw-Hill commissioned her to write the definitive book on networking called The Networking Survival Guide, which was published in April 2003 and went into a 2nd printing just 90 days after the book hit the shelves. <p>Mary Gallagher was appointed Commissioner of Banks in May 2019. Before being appointed Commissioner, she served as the DOB's?Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversaw the agency's operational and administrative team, including fiscal oversight, budget and accounting, human resources and staff development, information technology and security, facilities, and vendor management and procurement. She co-chaired the DOB’s strategic planning and was a member of the agency’s Policy Group. &nbsp;</p><p>Before joining the DOB, Ms. Gallagher spent 17 years in the financial services and securities industry in Boston, New York, and London. Her work included foreign exchange and equity market sales and trading roles at Morgan Stanley, State Street Global Markets, and Deutsche Bank. Ms. Gallagher holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Harvard University.&nbsp;</p>
