Program Overview
Mass Bankers presents the 2024 Women & Allies in Banking Conference.
This banking industry networking event provides opportunities for participants to learn the latest leadership skills and industry trends for the banking professional's toolkit. Through a mix of live break-out sessions, keynote presentations, and in-person instruction, participants will learn how to better support gender equity and inclusivity within their organizations.

Attire
Business attire is recommended for the conference. Be advised, meeting room temperatures and personal comfort zones vary widely. It is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
Hotel Information & Accommodations
The Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center, 1657 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA 01701 is the host hotel for the conference. The room rate will be $189/per room, per day, plus state & local tax of 11.7 % for single or double occupancy.

Leadership Awards Nomination
Mass Bankers and its Women in Banking Advisory Group are pleased to announce we are accepting Nominations for the 2024 Women and Allies in Banking Achievement Awards. The Awards honor the outstanding achievements of remarkable individuals who have demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and community service in the banking and finance industries. Please act before the March 22nd deadline.

Workforce Training Fund Program
The Women & Allies in Banking conference is eligible for the Express Program as part of Massachusetts' Workforce Training Fund Program.
The Workforce Training Fund Express Program assists companies in addressing their staff training needs by providing access to grants. To receive the grant, banks need to complete a short online application to request grant funds. Grant recipients with under 100 Massachusetts employees may receive full reimbursement of the cost of training upon completion of an approved course, up to $20,000 per calendar year. Financial institutions with over 100 Massachusetts employees are now encouraged to submit General Program applications. The deadline to apply for the grant is 21 days before the program begins.
The Course ID for the Women & Allies in Banking is #C-2836. Mass Bankers strongly urges you to complete the process as soon as possible to ensure that your application is approved in time.
