Mass Bankers presents the 2025 Executive Officers Conference, taking place June 25–27 at the Mirbeau Spa in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Set against the scenic and peaceful backdrop of Cape Cod, this gathering offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with peers, explore strategic priorities, and spark new ideas to drive your institution forward.

This invitation is extended exclusively to executive officers and presidents. However, we welcome CEOs and presidents planning to retire within the next few years to bring a designated successor as their guest.

We are honored to feature Susan M. Collins, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, as our keynote speaker. Dr. Collins serves on the Federal Open Market Committee, the nation's monetary policymaking body, and oversees a broad range of initiatives including economic research, financial stability, community development, and payment systems.

This unique conference is specifically designed to provide small group discussions and networking opportunities for member bank CEOs to share ideas during these changing times. This conference is limited to bank CEOs and Presidents.
