Program Overview

Mass Bankers presents the 2024 CFO & Financial Managers Forum. Join us to discuss emerging issues and industry hot topics and network with other bank financial managers. This series of forums meets three times during the year. Each session will focus on two topics presented by industry experts. Participants will gain valuable insights on emerging issues and trends in the financial industry, explore methods to improve financial function efficiency, and learn best practices in bank financial management.

As a risk management professional with over 15 years of experience serving financial institutions, Ben uses industry best practices to help clients develop and maintain processes for managing risks to minimize unexpected performance variance and maximize stakeholder value. Previously, Ben served as Director of Risk Advisory and an Enterprise Risk Manager for a financial service holding company and also served as a Senior Risk Consultant for Crowe, LLP.
