In the fall of 2023, The Mass Bankers Association formed the Emerging Leader Steering Committee to find ways to identify, nurture, and develop future leaders within the banking industry. The committee's goals are to identify and recognize talent, build awareness and excitement for professional career growth opportunities, create definitive, differentiating engagement and leadership development pathways, and establish platforms for young leaders to share their innovative ideas. 

Join us for our first Emerging Leader Networking Event, “Brewing Up Business Success: Trillium's Entrepreneurial Journey and Insights from a Banker's Lens.” Connect with fellow emerging leaders and discover how lenders and entrepreneurs can collaborate to grow and succeed together! This event aims to nurture and celebrate the next generation of leaders. It will offer aspiring young professionals a unique opportunity to develop their leadership skills, network with industry innovators, and gain valuable insights from peers across diverse sectors.
