Join the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP), Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), Massachusetts Bankers Association, and Cooperative Credit Union Association for a virtual meeting on Wednesday, May 14th, 1:00-2:30 PM on Massachusetts’ new accessory dwelling unit (ADU) law.

The ADU law, which took effect in February 2025, allows ADUs to be developed as-of-right across the Commonwealth without a special permit or other discretionary local approval. We will also discuss what financing products we need to supercharge ADU production.
