At the request of many Associate members who wish to include Association sponsorship opportunities in their budgets, we have listed below costs for the major annual events. From time to time additional programs will be added to the calendar that invite sponsors. Additionally, we have included trade show booth expenses as well. These prices are meant to serve as a guide only. Sponsorship opportunities are filled on a first come first serve basis. Signage is included. Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

Morning coffee for certain educational seminars: $500 per day

Lunch for some events: actual cost up to $1,500

• Fall Annual Bank Security Officers Training -- late October
• Annual Bank Secrecy Workshop -- early November
• Bank Compliance Academy -- above prices are per day for this five-day program in mid September
• Retail/Technology Conference, morning coffee $700 with multiple and co-sponsorship opportunities, exhibit space is available for this event at $700 per booth -- early June
• Annual New England Trust Conference -- full continental breakfast $1,500, lunch $2,000, exhibit space is also available -- mid November
• Annual Fall New England Conference -- mid September

Print Advertising Opportunities

Bank Compliance Academy -- A weeklong meeting of bank compliance professionals. Your sign will be posted at the registration table and announced from the podium. Approximately 700 compliance officers attend throughout the week. The cost is $600 per week.

The New England Bank Directory, with a new name, new publisher and new format--remains the premier reference source for anyone working with New England financial institutions--including banks and credit unions in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. For advertising information regarding the directory, a semiannual publication, which will be available online for the first time, and the Massachusetts Banker, a quarterly publication -- contact Meghan McCarthy, Program Manager  (617) 523-7595. MassBankers e-News -- Weekly publication to over 8,000 bankers in all areas of the bank, focusing on current information of interest, educational updates, and advertising for Associate members.  The cost is $125 per week.  Click here for more information.

MBA Annual Convention

Annual Convention generally held at the beginning of May.

Charitable Foundation Golf Outings

The Association sponsors two golf outings each year, one in June and the other in September. Sponsorships are $300 per tee.

Additional prize donations, including vacation rentals, golf equipment, clothing, accessories, gift certificates, etc., are accepted.
